“The winter solstice has always been special to me as a barren darkness that gives birth to a verdant future beyond imagination, a time of pain and withdrawal that produces something joyfully inconceivable, like a monarch butterfly masterfully extracting itself from the confines of its cocoon, bursting forth into unexpected glory.” — Gary Zukav

For many cultures the Winter Solstice is a sacred time of ritual and celebration. Known as “the longest night of the year,” this is the moment when the North Pole is tilted furthest away from the Earth, creating a symbolic death and rebirth of the sun.

As we slowly approach the dawn of a new decade, we are in the ultimate position to release past versions of ourselves and set powerful intentions to embody our Higher Self.

Join Paul Galloro for Midwinter’s Light, a workshop devoted to rebirth. Through ritual, movement, introspection, and community we will explore our darkness and prepare to welcome in the light.

“In the depth of winter I finally learned that there was in me an invincible summer.”

– Albert Camus

 Here’s what to expect:

  • Mindful movement and meditation
  • An introspective workshop using phototherapy
  • Heart circles and community building
  • lunch included plus refreshments and snacks

This weekend is for you if:

  • you’re in need of a reflective “pause” before the new year
  • you desire to live life with intention
  • you are willing to release your suffering and welcome joy
  • you’re ready to do the work to make your dreams a reality

This workshop is your opportunity to pause, take an honest look at your life, release what is no longer working, set intentions and create an action plan to live your best life. You will walk away from this experience feeling grounded, refreshed, focused, and excited to begin a new year.

No experience is necessary. All you need is a willingness to show up for yourself, take an honest look at your life, and choose to honour your Higher Self.
