This breathing technique is used to calm the nervous system, improve focus, reduce anger, agitation, and anxiety, and pacify excess heat.
There are three positions of the tongue – choose the one that works for you:
1. Rolling the tongue (taco tongue) – this is genetic, and isn’t attainable for everyone
2. Breathing through teeth (awkward smile)
3. Breathing through “straw” – imagine you’re breathing through a straw
